Refund Policy
All Sales are Final. Due to the digital nature of some of our products, no refunds will be issued once a service or course has begun. When booking individual sessions, a client must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
If a session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the client will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid less a 5% payment system processing fee. When booking a package, if the client desires to cancel prior to using all sessions, any refund will be based on the price of individual sessions.
Any balance remaining after deducting the value of individual sessions used will be refunded less a 5% payment system processing fee. When enrolling in a course or workshop, a client may unenroll at any point until the course launches and will be entitled to a refund of any payment made less a 5% payment system processing fee. After the course launches, no refunds will be issued.
